"Who does the painting and who will supervise the job?"
We have our own staff of painters. Mike Wolfe Painting uses the "Lead Painter" system. Each of our Lead Painters manages a set crew of 2-3 painters. Although crew members change from time to time, the continuity this system offers has many advantages. For example, they are more productive and efficient as a team because they understand each other's styles and skills.

"I've had bids before, and I get some prices that are high, low and all over the place. Why?"
The cost of a job is usually determined by the level of thoroughness, attention to detail, and quality desired. For example, it costs more to properly prepare a surface for painting than to give it the "quick once over." "Do you have references?"
Yes, our references are available upon request. In addition to our customer references, we are careful to check all references of new hires. Our reputation means everything to us, which is why we have a thorough new-hire screening process, including a careful background check and pre-employment drug screens on all our painters.

"Do you carry insurance and workers compensation?"
Yes, our insurance includes general business coverage, with General Liability and Worker's Compensation policies. Mike Wolfe Painting is a registered contractor with the State of Iowa
